  2. Book Your Appointment Online (Using Meta Platform):

    • Log in to META Kuwait website using your civil ID.
    • Select "The Public Authority For Civil Information" and then 'Personal Services'.
    • Click on 'Apply' next to 'Lost Civil ID' and choose your preferred branch and time.
    • Alternative to Online Booking: If you encounter issues online, visit typing centers for assistance.

  3. Visit PACI with Your Appointment: Bring your appointment confirmation, passport, and copy of the lost civil ID. Fill out the necessary form at PACI.
